• The software will generate a 9-digit code each time you open it. You will need to provide the 9-digit code to the support engineer before they can connect to your computer.
• Closing the program will terminate the remote support session.

The “Remote Installer” program is an installable background agent that provides unattended access to a computer. Please do not install this unless requested. The installer will download the complete agent after execution.
